It's good to look at real possibilities that will negatively affect the share price (your money) just like I speculated about analysts downgrading the sp in the past and was immediately dismissed by the board at the suggestion. Then that's exactly what happened and we all took a 60 percent haircut as a result.

Not unusual for companies to fund growth so it will happen sometime.  How many times did PLUG and BLD raise funds in the past 2 years?
