It doesn't have to qualify under "Patriot One"; it can qualify under Xtract. Xtract AI can be anything.

Weapons detection is one thing, but using AI algorithms (presumably a derivative of VRS-D) to catch someone stealing a chocolate bar? It would be a big departure from their public safety mandate.

I disagree, as they can set xtract up to solve that issue for any store. and why not? what else is pat got to do? apparently nothing.
