I didnt know that but it does seem to be correct there seems to be like a 2 month window during the last blockade where there was no share purchases bu insiders and then as soon as the blockade was lifted they started buying again. Do you know the actual rule for that? Like if its public that you're negotiating with another party then you cant insider trade?
