hdawgz1: Well on the CSE it looks like selling from the ATS is being arbitraged to the CSE. National bank and TD are the big buyers here. No indication of Canadian sellers. No indication of manipulation on the CSE. The small orders you see are a bank day trader doing arbitrage.
