BIP wants hartland and more pipeline exposure because that is going to be better than gold in the future

That would be a substantial increase, and so far BIP hasn't upped their bid, just packaged things differently, plus the BU fee which would make it a premium price

I highly doubt this scenario

If the bids increase, I don't see it going more than 10% from where the offer is now
