RE:The power of NoiwWhile I agree with the sentiment it's easy to just say forget the past and don't worry about the future but much harder to execute in real life. Watch a show like hoarders or intervention or my 500lb life or talk to someone with ptsd. Then just say to them hey just forget your past and don't worry about your future and walk away and see how effective that is. Past experiences literally form you into the person you are today you can't just erase them they are in your mind. Also people who suffer from depression may have a chemical imbalance in their brain or have suffered traumatic experiences in the past, it's not as easy as just forget your past and don't worry about your future.

There's nothing you can do about the past.
It's history.
Shed the burden of it.
It's not worth carrying.
The future will come when it comes.
Why worry about something that hasn't happened yet, and might not even happen?
Live in the present moment.
It's called mindfullness.
You're probably just lying in bed right now.
That's all you're doing.
You have nothing to worry about when you're just lying in bed.
Forget the past and don't worry about the future and you will get rid of depression and anxiety.
Live in the present moment.
You'll feel weightless
