I can assure you Northern Ventures did not introduce these 2 entities. In terms of due diligence perhaps you should direct your frustration to Rexall. If Empower has been approved by Rexall to open clinics in their locations you can assume Rexall would have done a large amount of due diligence before selecting Empower as their partner.
