TAAT down 2 cents on 68K volume. WTH is going on here?All that good news is not impressing investors.  Why is good news being ignored by investors?

TAAT is stuck in Limboland and nobody is buying the TAAT promotion. It's a sad situation for TAAT long shareholders and all the pumping by the usual manipulative suspects is not working.
