We don't know if they are sold out (selling out online momentarily and getting restocked from same order isn't the same as "sold out and nothing left"). We also don't know if they are planning to send some by air (whether to Biople only to restock or even to add some more stores) which would in effect all but eliminate the latest delay(s). We also don't know what is unacceptable and negligent unless we are one of the retailers waiting for product . The one thing that doesn't need assuming is that we are delayed from what we were led to believe and what little communication we do get is as clear as mud. Anything and everything else is but our reactions to that.
