RE:RE:RE:RE:Technicals... Metalhead... who said anything about predicting anything from squiggly lines?
Do you invest based solely upon what you can predict? Me thinks you would then have too high regard for your abilities.
Can you predict supply/demand?, strikes?, corporate leadership changes?, global cotastrophes?, innovations that make your stock obsolete?, etc
My very point was that charts reveal patterns over time (any kind of chart)... they don't predict coming patterns.
People who ignore technicals, like overall market sentiment or company specific sentiment in favor of a single indicator (supply/demand) are pretending that there are no other factors ...and again, if that is the only consideration to "predict the future" why don't the charts of supply/demand always correlate with whatever goods or services they are tracking? and especially, why don't specific company charts even remotely correlate with the underlying supply/demand of their goods or services?
The fact that your posts are short on evidence and heavy on opinion and name calling, merely indicates to me that you are lost in confirmation bias on this topic. I will refrain from further responses toward your posts, because, as always, I try not to engage in intellectual battles with those who are unarmed.
