RE:Getting worrisome This AGM will be telling. If once they cover the results that they have to cover, they start talking about how great of an integration of GSX they accomplished during Covid, you know, the type of company Proctor would invest in, then we are in trouble. Once they finish the formal part, it has to be sternly about "this is what we are going to do" as opposed to "this is what we have done". We should see the degree of respect for shareholders and self-respect that the board has. We will see whether this falls into Matthews you-can't-win-them-all bucket and it is milked for as much as possible under status quo, or if it is going to be an a-ha moment with very strong determination AND evidence that action will be taken, yesterday. They can save face with the CEO, but come December, no significant uptick in clients and users for multiple offerings, it has to be sayonara, bring in a proven builder who will bring in new key team members that will inspire others and more than enough to keep them busy and hire help as opposed to ask for reduced working capacity, which is a message for ambitious performers to leave. Maybe ask a select few at the top to reduce their working hours by 70% to give them that nudge to leave.
