BlackRock Municipal Income Trust (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income taxes. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in investments the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (except that the interest may be subject to the alternative minimum tax). The Fund may invest directly in securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives. The Fund's investment policies provide that it invests at least 80% of its total assets in investment grade quality municipal obligations issued by or on behalf of states, territories and possessions of the United States and their political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, each of which pays interest that, in the opinion of bond counsel to the issuer, is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes. Its investment adviser is BlackRock Advisors, LLC.

Why would HEXO not be able to raise capitial for the Redecan deal OVER the going or trailing market shareprice?
Did you not find evidence of this occuring in the past as part of your research ???

I'm not sure who you're thinking of - but Ive never had a conversation with you or anyone else about the subject. I care less about researching nonsense - but why would would anyone research evidence of Hexo raising capital for the Redecan in the past?
Has Hexo bought Redecan previously - or just in your pumptard fantasy world?

I AM completely lost - trying to figure out what idiotic point you're trying to make.

And why do you feel Hexo will have to raise capital to complete this deal now? I guess you agree that the deal is in danger due to Hexo's ever dropping share price? That's hilarious.

I posted the total sales. so when will you post the combined totals of long and short term debt, inventory balances and Net Loss of Hexo, Zena, 48N and Redecan?
