BlackRock Municipal Income Trust (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income taxes. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in investments the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (except that the interest may be subject to the alternative minimum tax). The Fund may invest directly in securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives. The Fund's investment policies provide that it invests at least 80% of its total assets in investment grade quality municipal obligations issued by or on behalf of states, territories and possessions of the United States and their political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, each of which pays interest that, in the opinion of bond counsel to the issuer, is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes. Its investment adviser is BlackRock Advisors, LLC.

RE:RE:RedecanWhy is it so hard for everyone on this forum to understand that the revenue for this company will jump 4x once all these deals are done.

imagine, you now have 4 times the revenue without ANY growtht whatsover included in that revenue. 400-500 M a year of Revenue vs what you have right now. 

WHY would that be a bad thing for the company? and how would that make it less valuable as an organization in the future? 

These bashers are using 2 years ago as a point of reference.

At 200x P/s ratios, ALL the weed companies deserved what they got. 

Today, is not 2 years ago. every one of these companies is sitting at realistic values.

Do your homework, but with 500M of revenue a year and even double the shares, this company is still a bargain in my opinion.
