Why the delay? What sort of wizardry is this? The Q2 report is supposed to refer to events that took place up until the 30th of June so what are they waiting for?
The first of these Quarterlies - through which Shareholders are conditioned Stockholm-syndrome style to slavishly await scraps of information that Management may or may not choose to impart to them on tablets of stone from above - was issued only 10 days` after the end of the Quarter to which it referred but the time it is now taking to issue them is becoming beyond a joke.
if anything worthwhile happens after the end of a given Quarter - or for that matter if Roger stubs his toe on a bunsen burner - they are fully entitled to report this via a later separate announcement. The degree to which this additional information can then be contextualised with its` preceding Quarterly will depend upon how clear and well drafted that Quarterly was.
To date these Quarterlies have by the woeful nature of their presentation of data left more questions than answers and have as such been effectively useless. Not expecting Q2 2021 - if it is ever published - to represent a break with that tradition.
