US Hotel REITs had fully recovered while HOT.UN was still languishing. Now US Hotel REITs are getting pounded...and so is not HOT.UN.

Until we get control of the virus it's hard to imagine a big leg up.

We witness a gradual decline on low volume and we have no dividend to help the share price.

Heading into the fall/winter it's anyone's guess where this will trade at.
