Is this one of the NDA deals?

There are no details other than dollar value and country so does that mean this is one of the NDA or not, if it's not have another deal on the go or even completed possibly.

I know it's early but level 2 is bidding and asking 20 with 250,000 on the ask and 50,000 on the bid.....gonna be fun watching this one bounce around this morning with an upside bias I hope
