Although "the primary costs such as employees are fairly stagnant now", you didn't account from them in your calculations. Subtract that cost, along with telephone bills, lease payments, power for the grow lights and anything else that they spend money on before you calculate net profit per share. I think you will find the number a little closer to "0".
