yes. The option is there but we cannot sell now because our stock price is too low. We can't ask buyers to pay $10/share while we are trading at $2.5. Their shareholders are going to be mad.

I would love to see we trade around $15-$20 then we sell. At $20/share, our MC is around $3.6 bil. Not expensive at all if we reduce out debt and boost our revene to $1bil in the next 2-3 years.
