RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Deal is doneUS exchange to CAD $1.251. So $34 x 1.251251 = $42.53. But keep in mind $17 is cash the remaining is based on Penn shares. So $40 is not a given, it all depends on what Penn share price is. Since Penn is going to take a hit for this buy out, their SP will take a hit, hence it will drag down SCR share price as well. Hopes that makes sense. But I am sure it will hit $40 eventually.
