RE:New CEO buyingI don't think you can buy MBCN here. Believe it goes sub $3 (I said that some time ago) and perhaps dips under $2.50. Do we know what Dan Clark's comp looks like? That is to say, how meaningful is a $35k buy? Looks a bit weak on the surface...

On June 21st when the company announced "Expansion of the Management Team" what it really said was that the current CEO and his team were doing a not-so-good job (and that's being kind) as any shareholder knows...

Who might acquire MBCN and how would it be valued? The company will come to a fork in the road by year end...
