Remember the money raise is a subsiquent event and not in the qtr.

Rounding numbers

approx 3 million cash
plus 6.6 million financing

minus say 2 million to take out debenture
So approx 7.5 million cash on balance sheet


They burned approximately 800k cash second qtr, this should go down in subsiquent qtrs ( hopefully with licence revenue picking up - very high margin)
