Prb shouldn't accept less than $4/shr+ Detour. Heres why.... Things to consider: (please share your thoughts as well)
-Probe closed near its annual high yesterday!
-Probe Metal’s is releasing a Pre Feasibility Assessment (PEA) report in 3 weeks. This is an important step before the vital mining feasibility study. This all establishes important value for potential buyers and Probe is now being watched.
-Several acquisition candidates have signed confidentiality agreements with Probe Metals which gives them proprietary information to get vital information on Probe’s value and its projective outlook.
-Is it possible that Eldorado Gold the recent acquirer of 11% of Probe has a confidentiality agreement with Probe Metals? It would seem so.
-Eldorado Gold has been accumulating assets in Val’Dor since it acquired Integra in May 2017 3 months after they had released their PEA.
-Gold Price in May 2017 was ~1600 per ounce. Today’s gold price is ~$2200 or 37% higher. Gold today is 37% more valuable today than when they bought Integra. Probe Metals enterprise value given the higher gold price makes Probes current price of C$1.97 ridiculously cheap.
-Probe has 32 holes to release on its most prolific Monique project. Monique’s most recent holes were not included in the resource and these drill holes won’t be either.
-Monique’s ounces with higher grades and many ounces should enhance Probes intrinsic value making an acquirer more eager to buy these ounces. Does anyone know when these drill results are meant to be announced??
-Several mining companies have excess milling facilities which can immediately generate cash flow if their mills could get extra ounces. Some companies in ValDor with excess mill capacity are Agnico, Eldorado Gold, Wesdome …..Could they be potential buyers?
-Importantly and mostly forgotten by investors is that the Monique pit is fully permitted to be mined immediately. Any acquirer seeing this immediate stream of cash flow, would make Probe an attractive buyout target. Some investors are saying Probe has a BIG TARGET
ON ITS BACK..
Probe Metals is setup to be bought out, but it will not do so as long as the market value is trading at a 50% discount from its target price of C$ 600 million to C$700 million.
