Question about the Penn shares

Question about the Penn sharesI am pretty sure I know the answer to this, but there are some knowledgable people on here, so figured I would ask.

Very fortunate to hold all my SCR shares in my TSFA, as I have been in it since Rogers bought them, so was able to move it all every year, it was pretty much my only holding lol, talk about all in! lol

anyway, the way I expect it to happen when this goes through, is that I get the lump sum $17 USD per share in my TSFA as cash, and then the Penn stocks at the .2398 ratio per share, also in my TSFA....

is this correct?   I know the capital gains are tax free, so it all should happen within that account correct?  they won't dump the shares in my margin or something silly?

Thanks
