RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Amazing StrengthHello DrJayser.
Those 7 Million GRA shares, which you propose are the total amount of shares which are to be additionally issued from this point forward to 2026-2027; what do you expect the offer price of such issued shares will be?
Should any portion of the limited 7 Million shares to be offered between now and 2026-2027, be offered at any price below $20.00 USD, I would be somewhat disappointed, to say the least.
As I previously pointed out for bulletin board participants here, when management states they are going to 'retain future earnings' in order to fund the expansion of this NanoXplore enterprise, I expect future earnings to be stellar, to say the least.
In fact, I suggested that management could waltz right into any financial institution and arrange to borrow Half a Billion Dollars; this, after simply demonstrating how 'bonafide' future earnings derived from just the two most recent graphene/'Graphene Black' supply deals can be utilized to quite easily service the interest payable on such a borrowed amount.
In fact, with such greatly increasing earnings, the company could elect to raise needed capital by floating some exclusive senior secured debt; clearly offering a decent yield to would be senior secured bond holders.
After all, If I wanted to continue to lock down control of this enterprise and yet allow invited 'heavy weight' finaciers to also come on board with 'a taste' and the furthered motivation to help to grow this enterprise; I would offer a relatively 'risk free' and steadily recurring ROI avenue for such financiers to come aboard. We note that the kind of gerated quarterly and annual revenue which NanoXplore can be made to generate, can easily allow for such a non-dilutive option to be pursued.
It's as I said before this latest run upward in share price; these are bargain basement prices at which to purcase GRA shares.
Heck, I bought at the end of the day during Thursday of last week; and I sense that I should have bought a heck of a lot more at such a price.
Never the less, for some unforseen reason, should we see a pullback of GRA 's share price, I'm keeping some powder dry and will act accordingly.
