To me this part with the competitors is past. There in the DD period to confirm the contract can be awarded to them. I may be wrong but this is my past experience with similar contract. I would even expect the announcement to be made before next Tuesday.

But again, no since or privilege info on that just based on similar past experiences. So let's say it a mix of rational analysis and irrational hope from my part. This is why I will be patient if it doesn't happen as I see it. I'm in for a long run.
