Other than the stock that Cleave receives as compensation or buy at a discount from stock options, the CFO refuses to risk his own money in the company that he helps to run. The fact that Cleave has no skin in the game and that he is ready to dumb his shares at the first opportunity, can be seen as a show of non-confidence in the future of Largo.
