Graphene Manufacturing Group Limited is a clean-technology company. RE:I wouldn’t …Agreed. Not specifying a price, or number of shares, or range, is a 1st. I'm surprised they even mention $10mm. Maybe that's a floater to see if anyone's interested in buying stock from the Company. A lot of guessing. A real teaser. I'd guess they'll price it under $2, and I'd guess they've already priced it, somewhere between a price between July 19th and Aug 4th. Hopefully with no discount. Anything lower would be rude.
