Not yet, But I have just been expecting this to actually play out as outlined in the filings. Delist, Rename, Relist and so on. The takeover process and their plans just had to take a detour and longer time than anticipated since last Fall. I'm not too concerned about it. At the same time though, this may have just been all a stunt in order to scare out the last bit of weak hands, in order for insiders to load up more shares lower here. Either way, this may be taking longer than expected, but not worried about it.

*** Note -  over the last few months, someone has been buying 100,000's of shares in the .10c - .15c range, as sellers have driven this down. To each seller, there's a buyer. So you got to ask yourself, "Why has someone been buying soo many shares?"  I haven't counted exactly, but could have been around 1 million shares bought in this range through the last few months.... Why?
