MH666: I will give you my reaction and

MH666: I will give you my reaction and

Somewhat educated guesses!
The only certainty as one in the last period of play is death! Thus with this proviso I will give you my thoughts!

1. Bankruptcy- unless the core boxes were salted such that there is no copper, gold and silver in PH I would think the NPV of the property is SIGNIFICANTLY  more than any debt.

Now possibly a Receivership would be desirable but that is not the normal solution for young men not having completed the course by mail "mining in 3 easy lessons" or the companion "Mining for Dummies"

2. Unfortunately the young men in Zug finding a CEO of equal caliber to themselves is a possibility however, hopefully they will finish both of the "How To" courses soon and realize they are out of their depth!

3. Hiring a successful CEO would be wonderful event but does anybody want to add this experience to their CV? Thus I give the hiring of such a person who stays to be a low probability.

4. A sale - I personally think this has a high probability especially given how PALA denies  any involvement with NCU and have signed up for  a their for a remake  of their business model with the usual buzz phrases of sustainability etc! But the question is how long before Mr L sr retires to a warm tax haven and lets his son do what he wants to do?

5. WHO BUYS -= the ones with the deepest pockets - a major!

6. Share price - I would expect 50 cents to 1.50 it all depends  on the best negotiator, the analysis of the property and plant, and who has cash!

That said don't expect all shareholders to be treated equally!  Remember the PALA cash came from the Russian people with approval of Putking and others!

7 Stock price may drop however there will be buyers -just a question at what price?

Interesting story on how not to do things in MINING!

ROCK

Ps I am trying to get the movie rights!
