RE:RE:Sedar report I agree with you. We only need to show pain relief with no gi sides/LTE over prolonged periods of time. Even if we take a hit on how effective the relief is, it will still be incredibly useful in clinic if there are little to no risks with long term use just by lowering a patients baseline pain level.
Does anyone know the half life? I've been digging and can't seem to find it anywhere but I've heard people mention that they believe it was fully excreted after 24 hrs. That puts us at 4 hrs, which I don't believe is accurate given there proposed 1x daily dosing schedule. My guess would be 6-12 but if anyone has more concrete information, I'd love to read it.
