jay badboy.....the presintation is correct except  cgx has already got the funds to drill the 2 wells.....just go to frontera q 1 presintation and you will see frontera set aside the 90 million $  for the program  and for that they  get the 1 /3 cf the consessions  ....and yes they could convert the 19 million lon to share and probably will but hey ....if kawa is a success each share should have a claim on at least one barrel of oil .....after lifting costs  as with exxon should be about $20 left / share that is why i am in both  companies ....frontera maybe a bit more of a company but we all want this to be a success good luck to all players here .....
