RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Elder NSR

Hi simplycanuck,

Could you please provide links for your research? That is contrary to the latest information that Abcourt itself has stated, namely a 2001 purchase from Canuc Resources.  I did see mention of a possible1997 purchase from Nova Beaucage, but the wording was unclear and there was no specific information given. The Elder Mine NI-43-101 has a royalty table which pertains to different areas of the mine, but we are still left without any proof or details of purchase of the NSR.

The breech of duty issues remain, and the argument that the Hinse family stepped in as some sort of White Knight to purchase the Elder NSR simply flies in the face of Conflict of Interest issues as well as a lack of timely disclosure.

With zero proof of sale or purchase and no details given of this alleged transaction (that seems to have two separate versions), the responsibility clearly remains on the CEO to be forthcoming with basic details and documentation concerning this alleged NSR purchase. That has not happened.
