RE:RE:Soon !Damn,
One and only response as I have no desire to get into an argument over this, not worth the effort.
My recommendation is that you do some actual research and get your facts straight.
Fact number 1:
You said:
Buy a tech for 40 million shares from 3bd
What actually happened:
3db brothers were in the top two executive roles within the company and they had accumulated the 40 odd million shares by issuing it to themselves through a variety of means. In addition they were paying themselves massive salaried and draining shareholders money that had been invested. They were promoting a tech and strategy that was not viable and did not know how to run a 7/11 store let alone a tech company.
NXO did not buy the tech from 3db, 3db owners were running NXO into the ground and had issued themselves the shares and spent all the shareholders money.
Fact number 2:
You said:
Write off the tech as wortless a few months after the said purchase .
What actually happened:
Current management wrote off the tech that 3db were focused on which you are correct, was worthless.
Current management then created and executed a strategy to focus on ALIIS ai and has been doing so in an extremely professional manner. Advancing the technology, gaining acceptance into ecosystem partnerships with three of the top chip manufacterors in the world, acquiring patents and preparing the product for use in many, many different applications.
Fact number 3:
You said:
Enter in a legal agreement with 3bd ( seller of the worthless tech) to be able to effectively dump 40 million shares on the market killing the shareholders equity to the tune of 80% in 1 year.
What actually happened:
The company structured a very good agreement that effectively tied up those shares to what should have been a long term whereby the brothers could only sell 10% of the previous day volume on a daily basis. It also tied all of those shares to voting with management should there be anything material to vote on during the term of the agreement
3db used a loophole to use private sales to have a proxy seller sell off the shares over the past year in what was in my mind a determined effort to drive down the share price during a period where the company was advancing the technology that is ALIIS.
It is great to have 3 db virtually sold out as that now has moved the 40 million plus shares into hands that are positively focused on the furture growth of the company. I am very happy to have picked up a significant amount of those shares at lower prices which has allowed me to average down my overall price from my purchases a few years back when 3db were in charge.
As for your negative comments of what the company has not done I would comment as follows:
Company has not Generated Revenue
Correct, pre revenue companies do not general generate revenue, NXO will not be pre revenue for long in my opinion. What they have done is advance the company further towards revenue in one year than the owners of 3db did in four years.
Company has not made a profit
Correct, you need revenues to generate profit, pre revenue companies do not generate profit, until they start generating revenues. I believe revenues are not far off.
Company has not sold 1 single product in its existance
Correct, as far as we are aware they have not sold anything yet. They have made a number of significant steps towards that milestone.
Company has not cared that us Longtime shareholders are 80% in the red in past 12 months
How do you know that they do not care ? I believe they care very much and have been working very hard to deliver what the owners of 3db could not.
Company has not Provided a clear bussiness model with numbers to show profitability of the bussiness model.
I believe this will become clear in between now and Q1 2022 and it will blow a lot of people away
Company has not provided a clear timeline for first sale other than ( soon) , which by the facebook cult's understanding of the word soon could be 30 years or more.
There are likely numerous reasons why they have not provided this info, in all likelyhood to protect the technology and to protect the relationships they have with the chipmakers who will be helping to market the tech.
Company has not created any shareholder value
How do you know this ? I believe they have created significant shareholder value however it has not yet been realized. They have advanced and improved the tech, stabilized the cash burn that was out of control under the 3db owners, added great talent and oh yea, joined up with the three largest chip manufacturers in the world. Not to mention that they just had their first patent awarded and have a number of others in the pipeline.
Company has not cared about shareholders.
Yea, you said this.....are you looking for Rich to come make you some nice warm milk, read you a story and tuck you in at night ?!
Company has not Been providing updates on Sales and contracts.
Yea, you said that too.........have you ever thought they may have their hands tied at present while they finalize getting to a post revenue stage ?
I for one am confident that once the revenues start flowing they will provide accurate forecasting and sales reportin g on a regular, timely basis.
A couple of questions for you:
1) why are you here if you are so negative on the company ?
2) why did you stay as a long term shareholder if you have no faith in their abilities ?
3) what research have you done that validates your first two points ?
4) how do you even claim to be a credible investor if you believe your first two points which are completely false ?
Looking forward to the day in the next few weeks/months when revenues are announced and you go find another board to spew your negative venom on !
Enjoy your weekend !
