Now that they have lots of staff and the teams in place; one team needs to focus on the organic growth, another team focus on the day to day. The third team (the aggressive team) needs to start throwing coal in to that Acquisition Train again before the prices of these clinics start going up.
Did I leave anything out? Do we need a fourth team?
