Empower may finally have found its legs.Been watching the trading and I think we could easily beat that .38 level.  Day traders and shorts have a habit of coming in later in the day.  Let's hope it is different this time.  Report on time and generally looking good.   Empower may finally have found its legs.  With the news coming out re openings in Southern Ontario, I think we will finally get the mainstream news coverage that is so badly needed.
