At June 30, 2021, the Company had cash totaling $12,225,316

At June 30, 2021, the Company had cash totaling $12,225,316  and Net loss was $7,559,851 in Q2 2021. 12-7=5, By the end of september, it wii have only $5m cash. It run out of cash in Nov, 3 months from now.
