The OSC is now well aware of dynaCERT's most recent failure to disclose Mosolf's termination of their Agreements with dynaCERT. I have asked them to view this incident in the context of all of the other disclosure failures related to the many, many projects that never materialize and/or only appear as footnotes in annual MD&As

If this company is allowed to proceed without penalty and or sanctions of some sort then only recourse is to file a class action against directors and officers.
