Woulfe’s properties are located in Gangwon Province, Republic of Korea. The Woulfe's operations relate primarily to the exploration, evaluation and development of the Sangdong Project.

I find it interesting that Mark Goodman, the new Director did not participate in the seemingly annual granting of options. I wonder if he is on the Board at Black's or other Director's recommendation, or is his presence perhaps with a touch of hostile?
