Q2 Conference Call Did anyone tune in?
- John still upbeat on hitting year end KPI's. Expected ramp up in Q3/4 of this year.
- Says they're seeing an uptick in 'word of mouth' sales opportunities which he called Network Effect.
- Sales/Ops team better equipped to handle implementations efficiently - large bulk buys were problematic for a small team from implementation speed standpoint.
- Looking to add another KPI that tracks the 'velocity of conversion' on opportunities.
- Turnover/churn is still 0, which is a good thing in a no-contract SAAS model where there is no contract in place.
- Latest partnership dialogue started in 2019, the company tried to find other solutions and ended up coming back to Venzee.
The revenue (and promo 6 mo lag) certainly isn't as high as we'd like and I have an issue with their burn rate. But I'm still optimistic this company has the right management, people, and product in place to deliver. Rome wasn't built in a quarter.
