What's also interesting is that Michael Costa did get options and he is (presumably) the director that Mark Goodman is replacing as I don't think Mark Goodman is in addition to Michael Costa.  I thought the number of directors was fixed at 6 so its a little bit confusing.

With the recent addition of Andrrew Fraser that wold make it 6 directors.  And to make it even more confusing Plansee/GTP were supposed to get to name a member to the board with their investment 

Hopefully more clarity on all this in the near future. . .
