Flow-through SharesI've never had a change to buy flow-through shares aka CNC's 12 Mio private placement back in July. I understand that flow-throughs have some massive tax benefits as the drilling expenses can be passed through to the investor. This is quite interesting...
Now, I was wondering whether that is also the reason for the share price higher than market (in our case the PP was priced at $4.10). Hence the question popped up in mind whether there is a 'true' price share value that can be calculated using the 4.10 and the fact these are flow-throughs. One that would be lower I guess.
I hope I'm making any sense...
