City Council to Sign Sage R. Rezoning

City Council to Sign Sage R. RezoningI believe the Tehachapi City Council is supposed to meet tomorrow evening to sign the rezoning for Sage Ranch.  I think Jeff posted that administrative rules prevented them from doing that at the same time as when they approved the final Development Plan.

Hopefully, this will be the moment when the entitlement of the new lots takes legal effect and creates a much higher value for land that can now be developed and sold in smaller parcels. I hope we can start to attract some new shareholders who can see that GRB's assets are greatly undervalued at this market cap.

I also think shareholders need some concrete news about Alberta soon.  GRB's 2/10/21 press release entitled "Greenbriar
Alberta Solar Update" stated: "However, the President of Greenbriar Alberta, implies the very first set of projects will generate CDN $12 Million in discretionary free cash flow per year, when completed. Announcements will be made on the ground-breaking for each new project in the very near future."

This sounded like a great new opportunity last winter.  Shareholders deserve to know if any ground has been broken in Alberta during the 7 months since that update.  If not, what has changed to create the current lack of any concrete news?
