Its segments include Gathering and Processing, Liquids Infrastructure and Marketing. Gathering and Processing segment owns and operates raw gas gathering pipelines and processing plants, which collect and process raw natural gas, remove waste products and separate the economic components, primarily natural gas liquids (NGLs). Liquids Infrastructure segment owns and operates a network of facilities for the gathering, processing, storage and transportation of the by-products of natural gas processing. Marketing segment is involved in the marketing of NGLs.

September 2021 Dividend

CALGARY, AB, Sept. 10, 2021 /CNW/ - Keyera Corp. (TSX: KEY) ("Keyera") announced today a cash dividend for September 2021 of 16.00 cents per common share. The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2021, to shareholders of record on September 22, 2021. The ex-dividend date is September 21, 2021. This dividend is an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada). For non-resident shareholders, Keyera's dividends are subject to Canadian withholding tax.
