Question for all the bulls/bearsLet's say that montalva doesn't happen. And gauzy glass is nothing. Alberta is a big nothing burger. And all that happens is the existing sage ranch development (and nothing else added in california). What do you thing Grb is worth? Personally, I still don't understand why we are so low.
