Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

Good question. I think many shareholders are invested because of Montalva. I hope Jeff promotes the Sage project more and finds new shareholders.

An important point would be to know what the after-tax discounted net present value of Sage would be.

Sage is the foundation now. I think the stock price should be much higher based on Sage alone. How much is Alberta worth?And Montalva to me isa lottery ticket.

I think 10 CAD is not unrealistic here. If Alberta is really that big also more....
