The Company is also developing next generation solid state battery technology at its Labs division. The Company has two operating sites in Canada and has a 52-acre site with approximately 135,000 square foot manufacturing facility in New York state. Its battery products are used across various applications, including material handling, e-mobility and energy storage.

That is a really good question. I don't know the exact timing, but several things have to happen. It could happen in one of two ways.
1. There could be a new product announcement (New cell maybe) followed by a solid state battery. Then an announcement of a joint venture partner for a new cell plant. Then they would execute on the $100mil shelf.
Or
2. There could be a big new customer say a Bus battery contract announcement. This would be followed by a Joint venture announcement to produce more of the current cells and modules. This announcemment would be followed by a government grant or loan or both to build out a new cell plant.

I think these are what to look for concerning the shelf and the future of Electrovaya.
