RE:RE:Mac's is a subsidiary of Alimentation Couche-Tard,Judging by their long relationship I don't see this as a problem.  Couche-Tard looks to be getting the best deal they can.  In the end the law would be on Becker's side to collect in court which I doubt Couche-Tard would want this kind of publicity for one of the major companies in Canada.  Dealing in bad faith can backfire on companies and its not worth the bad press for such a large company that deals with so many stores both here and internationally.  Just my thoughts.  Cheers Charlie.
