The need for "new machines, hiring new employees" is not necessary because we have the required capacities and we don't want to ramp up too quick.
This is the one aspect that Charles Ackerman (CFO) has mentioned numerous times. The equipment is now at the stage in which it is being paid down and profit margins increase accordingly.
They have referenced expanding production but I believe this will require a more significant inflection point then where we are currently.
All good things happening.
