I don't think this is reversal. It's light volume. Big lower bids. 


We are so past due on news it's not even funny. But I feel like we will be waiting many more months. They don't seem to have a plan or ability to close deals in a timely fashion. 

Execution is lacking here for sure. Not sure what changes that
