RE:RE:RE:RE:Peak Fintech Acquires Heartbeat Insurance Platform They're a little vague on the $11mil but it sounds like the money will stay in house as it will be used to support the new acquisitions' integration into Xinxiang. The share part is only 500,000 now and the rest dependent on revenue over a couple years so that's not too dilitive. Overall I thought it sounded like a smart move. I just wonder if they have the $11mil on hand?
